I mean seriously, All the photo rags rave about how beautiful these are. Yes, they are interesting to look at from a photo realistic video game perspective, but photography is about capturing a moment in time that will never happen again.
Photography requires a skill set that includes a working knowledge of composition and the ability to set shutter speed and aperture to produce the best image at any given moment.
Digital cameras are wonderful, they give us the freedom to view captures before we save them to memory cards, we upload them into our PC's and can manipulate them to our liking. However there should be limits on what is considered a photo and what is computer animation. I believe when HDR was created it was meant to be felt and not seen. People should stare longingly and wonder who took that shot! How did they do it? What lens did they use? Looking through these makes me wonder what the originals looked like.
